FLOOD-GARD® Bearing Isolators for Fully Flooded Applications

FLOOD-GARD® bearing isolators offer the ultimate sealing solution for aggressive, flooded lubrication environments. With its patent pending IP66 design, FLOOD-GARD® is a revolutionary seal that combines improved safety and overall process efficiency with cost savings through extended equipment and bearing life.

GUARDIAN™ bearing isolators offer exceptional bearing protection for pumps, motors, and bearing supported industrial equipment under the harshest conditions.

GUARDIAN™ bearing isolators are composed of a patented Cam-Lock design and unitizing ring. The incorporation of a unitizing ring eliminates metal-to-metal contact between the rotor and stator. Metal-to-metal contact leads to vibration and misalignment, two of the most common situations which cause O-rings in traditional designs to shred.

Metallic bearing isolator with micro-cellular filter

MICRO-TEC® II bearing isolators offer superior bearing protection when airborne dust, or other contamination is present. The MICRO-TEC® II line of bearing isolators feature the same advantages as the GUARDIAN™ bearing isolators, with the additional support of a microcellular foam (air filter) to capture any airborne contamination.
